Poiretain

Poiretain tasting note :

The Poiretain reveals a very beautiful amber color with salmon reflections. On the nose, powerful aromas of dried fruits and fresh grapes blend subtly with the characteristic aromas of William’s pear.

On the palate, the attack is supple, we feel a slight sweetness which quickly gives way to a certain power. We find these fruit aromas present on the nose. The finish is generous which gives it a very good length.

Serve chilled as an aperitif.
