My grandmother used to say: “you can’t make good food without good quality products”.
The universe of the store I deal with is large and rich in products. It brings together the part sweet groceries with its confectionery, chocolates, cakes, desserts, sour cherries, coffees, teas, syrups, rusks, jams, honeys and spreads …
The part salt grocery with its terrines of fish, its risottos, pasta, mustards, chutney, vinegars, oils and its savory or spreadable cakes.
You will also find at the store everyday consumer products, such as pasta (puff pastry, shortbread and shortbread), flour, pasta, starchy foods (quinoa, green lentils or coral, small spelled, crisps), soups, canned vegetables, mushrooms and fruits, compotes, spices, condiments, pastry help and sauces (cold and hot).
My goal: to find for you the best products, from the region and elsewhere
Quality remains my priority. I am proud of the products and specialties of our departments in the Center Val de Loire (45, 41, 37, 36, 28, 18) and I like to introduce them to those who do not yet know them. Since 2019, the store has joined C DU CENTRE as a distributor of regional products.
I also have a lot of fun at fairs or other events that we organize, when our customers meet the producers with whom I have the chance to work. They are passionate people who love what they do.
However, during a trip outside the region, if I discover a product that I like, I hasten to refer it to the store in order to have it tasted, as quickly as possible, with a certain impatience. Last favorites outside the region? Our praline, caramel and almond butters (ETRETAT) or the liquorice roots as well as the surprise bags that marked my childhood so much.
I never stop discovering new and good products end that our customers can draw endlessly fromnouvelles idées cadeau or new temptations.
Finally, I invite our customers to tell me more about their feelings or to share with us new discoveries so that I can continue a job I love and share it more with you.
