My sommelier training allowed me to understand the world of wine, spirits, beers but also non-alcoholic drinks.

 

It allows me to offer you a wide selection of wines from all the French wine regions in our Cave à Olivet. The Loire Valley is at the heart of my selection of which it constitutes the major part.

 

I have also selected for you a range of whiskeys , from the most classic to the most original. In addition, you can find a range of rums which will be appreciated by amateurs and novices alike. I am also keen to introduce you to the breweries of our region through their beers , each very characteristic of their know-how.

 

This selection continues to evolve over the course of my tastings and my discoveries. The search for good value for money and highlighting small winemakers who work with high quality wines is essential for me to satisfy your desires.
